15  Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be improper: 1. rust on wire racks in cooks line, 2. rust on lower shelf of steam table, 3. rust on lower shelf of prep table in back kitchen area, 4. rust on racks in walk in cooler, 5. rust on racks in dry storage, and racks where liquor is stored, 6. rust on inside bottom of upright cooler in liquor storage area, 7. chipped wood on liquor storage shelves, 8. rust on racks where pop in box is stored, 9. rust on inside of beer cooler in bar, 10. raw wood inside of cabinet where pitchers are stored in bar.
